Went at midnight, doors were locked, lights were off, and guy inside pointed his finger at his watch. No notice on the door saying “be back in...” Drove by again about 30 minutes later and it was the same story. I guess that’s the customer service you get in the hood.

I called to ask what time I was able to purchase a money order and the associate told me he didnt know in a rude tone and followed by hanging up on me. When I called immediately after a man named Carlos answered with no intention of apologizing or caring for my concern. Please practice better customer service skills.

Couldn't use my 7th drink free app- cashier didn't know what to do and the scanner just kept erroring. Floor horribly sticky. No small slurpee lids. Sodas were out- acknowledged by the store. For slurpee Mtn Dew was coke. Red was not even cold and skittles green apple was a nasty brown/green. THE MOST DISAPPOINTING 711 VISIT EVER. NEVER HAVE BEEN TO ONE THIS AWFUL.

Food and drinks. Slurpee and soda fountains rarely work.

I usually get good Service but the sales associate from Friday night (5-27-16) at 9:30 Was engaged in a conversation with a customer and complete stop working just talking and my husband honked and told me if I didn't like it to go somewhere else which I did both cashier and Customer were using profanity and there was customers and childten present
