Went at midnight, doors were locked, lights were off, and guy inside pointed his finger at his watch. No notice on the door saying “be back in...” Drove by again about 30 minutes later and it was the same story. I guess that’s the customer service you get in the hood.

I called to ask what time I was able to purchase a money order and the associate told me he didnt know in a rude tone and followed by hanging up on me. When I called immediately after a man named Carlos answered with no intention of apologizing or caring for my concern. Please practice better customer service skills.
