Small Business owner. Waited over 45 minutes just to reset a pin# and still not attended too. Don’t waste your time with BOA. The branch manager definitely needs to do a better job. I will be closing my account.

Your stupid branch no longer has a motor bank and only 2 drive up atms! And of course they BOTH have to be under maintenance at the same damn time! Your bank is USELESS!!!

Went in as a walk in to resolve a quick issue. Alondra in the lobby helped me efficiently and was extremely friendly. Great service all around.
