“I'm giving 5⭐ because I'm a happy IBC costumer, for years. However, when money "disappear" for some charges (like 7 days "pending" for NFL+ subscription) the clarification is too complex even tho the money gone hurried up. If I can write my claim and attach screenshots, why it would be needed to waste even more resources like time and satisfaction making calls or passing by the branch?, if money gone quickly, so clarify must to be quickly also. In the other hand IBC provided to attach files in formats which exclude some of the most common. To me, all of this is a delay where banking win or discourage the costumers to move on. Survey, I been receiving invitation to participate, ok I'm survey dealer in apps like junkie, Google and others where, at this time I earn hundreds dollars in the database industry (like surveys) and IBC wants survey for nothing, so I don't take it, I'm so sorry about that.”

“Love the customer service at this branch, the staff is always so helpful and ready to answer any questions I may have. They always greet you as soon as you walk through the door. It is a smaller branch and lines can sometimes get a little long but the wait times are never outrageous like at other banks. I love the location of this branch as well, so close to so many things and I don't have to travel out of my way to make a deposit or get some cash.”

“This is a much smaller location compared to the other large banks of the same company. I liked it because it seems like a quick stop type of Wells Fargo bank instead of waiting in line for a very long time like most of the other locations. The ladies at the counter where very helpful and provided excellent customer service by attending to my every need. I wish this location was closer to my home because it has all the services of a large bank but the convenience of the small banks or credit unions that make you feel just like at home.”

“I love banking with wells fargo. I have been with this bank since I lived in WA state. Thats why I think they deserve at least 2 stars. But the wait in line in the drive thru is insane. 1½ hours and still waiting...UPDATE:Now that the pandemic has passed (we are now june 2022), I love coming to this bank. As soon as you walk in through the doors, youre greeted, and there are always 2 or 3 tellers assisting customers. Even if theres a line, it goes quick. Even my 6 yr old doesnt mind us coming because he knows its fast.Sorry about the previous rant (above), I guess it was just the whole covid mess.”

One of the tellers was just absolutely amazing, nice and friendly. We made casual conversation but i don't remember how her name was spelled but if i'm giving it a shot it's Suegei (Su-hay) and she was so helpful with my needs !
