“My wife and I were actually working with a dealer/ salesman from San Antonio. Went to Bert Ogden with a primary purpose of driving a couple models of Subaru’s. We were looking for a vehicle for our daughter that fit our budget. Salesman Jose got us into a couple of models for test drives. He was informative and polite. After test drives we communicated with both Jose and Michael (Sales Manager) what we were trying to accomplish. We told them we are working with another dealership. They offered us a better deal… but didn’t have a model in the color that we wanted. Michael found one and was able to get vehicle delivered the following day. Went back the following day and bought what we were looking for at a fair price! No BS … a very easy purchasing process.”
“Took my radiator to get fixed. The repair man just the it and new what kind of vehicle it was for. Turns out the side plastic from the radiator warped and need a new one. Total price was $98 Instead of the $50. A new radiator would of cost me $219 plus tax. Good deal with them here.”
