“Jay's has been taking care of my last 4 vehicles (All Mercedes Benz) and I will not go anywhere else. IF they recommend that it goes to the Dealership because the work is still under factory warranty, then I go there, otherwise they are quick to fix it. They use factory parts and their service is excellent. So who cares that I don't get a free Starbucks? I get reliable service and it does not cost me an arm and a leg. What's even better? They check the vehicle from top to bottom for no extra costs. I have absolutely no complaints with Jay's!!!”
