“I got the opportunity to create a Matterport Tour for this venue. It’s a great place to have a wedding ? or various other events! The pavilion is covered and very spacious. It also has a great sound system! If you love ❤️ the outdoors you are in for a treat! So many beautiful trees ? all over the property. The owners keep this place so nice and all of the buildings are amazing ? especially the bathrooms!!”

“The restaurant is always a great place. This time we had a pretty big fail between your app and the restaurant. It was to be a celebration of our 17th wedding anniversary, and even though I put that in our notes, nothing was set. We generally get a quiet table, table cloth and a very attentive wait staff...this time was dead center of all of the commotion, loud, waiter staff reaching over the table and not much different from Cracker Barrel. I was sorely disappointed.”

“I had the opportunity to work at Pecan Grove in fall of 2018 as a photographer. I absolutely adore the towering trees that canopy the ceremony space, as well as the warm wooden exterior of the reception hall. The wedding I shot here happened on a rainy day, and the weather was gracious enough to hold off during our couple's ceremony. Pecan Grove felt cozy and romantic during this wedding. Highly recommend!”

“Thurman's Mansion is open to members of the Driftwood Golf Course, the food is incredible, the service bar none and the location and view is comfortable and serene. Well worth it!”

“The Creekside venue was perfect for our company celebration. The bar-b-q was smoked on sight. Together with the potato salad, other sides, and desserts, the meal was delicious. Enoch was fabulous to work with -- very patient and kind. Highly recommend!!”

“The smoked chicken on top of the butter lettuce salad was not near as delicious as it was the previous times I ordered it. This alone probably would not have led to me updating my review, but I was treated very rudely. Multiple servers are at the bar waiting to take orders. We had already ordered our meal and eaten; my daughter wanted a pretzel. There were some customers standing behind each server, with a slightly longer line to the side. It was confusing; I thought there were multiple lines. Wanting to quickly order my daughters pretzel so I could go sit back down and spend time with my visiting family members, I chose what I thought was the shortest line. The female server shamed me for accidentally cutting in line and sent me to where I was supposed to go very rudely. Completely unnecessary and could have been told very nicely where the line is. Especially when there is no signage, and annoyingly, there are no menus to look at when you are waiting in this required line. You must wait til your turn at the counter to see what the options are, and then hurriedly scan the menu to order, as you are aware of the waiting line behind you. You can feel the impatience of the servers as well. And you're thinking, "why don't you put some menus back at the beginning of the line so that I'm prepared when it's my turn?" But somehow they make it feel like the customers fault that you aren't ready. Also, since there is no table service my father chose to tip 20%, rather than the default 24%, yet when he went to sign they had increased it back to 24%. For rushed counter service with no time to look at the menu! Regardless, I would have left my previous 5 star review up, had the lady at the counter not treated me so rudely and embarrassed me in front of other customers, painting me as an intentional cutter, in other words, a bad person. In her defense, I think she actually perceived that I was. She sure showed me! What a good human, putting people in their place like that and teaching them lessons. Only removing 1 star because I'm hoping the downgrade in food and service is a fluke. Will probably go back at some point to see if that is case or if they have just gotten lazy. Regardless, they really need to make menus accessible while you are waiting in line. It would make it more obvious where the line is, too.”
