“The story behind my issue was I had just gotten off of work and back home. After getting ready to go inside, I locked my doors and realized that after I had shut the door, that I had left my keys inside. At 11pm I called two other companies who wanted me to wait until an hour after I'm supposed to be at work the next morning just to get started. I called D&W and they came out that night so that I could make it to work the next morning.I'd forgotten the drivers name that came out, but it was money well spent. “Today was one of the most stressful days in my life. I have a Mercedes C300 and was wrongfully impounded by a tow truck company who towed my car on a tow truck that was not a flatbed. After being there for hours and finally getting to my car I turn my car on and several lights came onto my dashboard (including my engine light) and I was unable to drive my car. I called my insurance company called Bazing and they were able to get me in contact with Relief Net Roadside Assistance. I kid you not soon as I hung up with them Rashad Davis with Relief called me asked me how I was doing, listened to me rant, told me everything would be okay, gave me an estimated time and was to me less than 30 minutes. He was so freaking polite not only to me but to the rude original company where my car was he even told them to smile and have a better day. Relief Assistance towed my car to my repair shop and due to me being short on time he told me don’t worry about it he would get it dropped off and even sent me pictures of my car after being dropped off to make me feel better. I am so appreciative of not only have fast and efficient this tow company was but the immaculate the customer service was from Rashad Davis. People like this really do make your day better. I wish I could give you all 10 stars. Thank you for taking care of the disaster another company completely created!”

“I wonder if "Dallas" the television show is named after Dallas the city, or Dallas the county? Dallas county has so much fun stuff- the downtown area, the arts district, the west end, deep ellum, the trinity river, the trinity woods! Technically, Dallas the city isn't so big, Dallas county is bigger, and includes all those little independent cities that have become suburbs over the years, so it includes Highland Park, University Park, and lots of other cities. Dallas is pretty! You can access it from the Dallas Love Field Airport, which is in the heart of Dallas County. I believe DFW is not technically in Dallas city or Dallas County.”
