AAA said that they would be here at 12:25. I called, no answer. At 12:52, Terence called and told me that he didn't have the necessary tools to plug a tire. Wow. Total waste of time.

My experience could not have been better! I had a huge mechanical failure and was stuck in a very dangerous place on the freeway. Mark was there for me and assured that we both were safe. He went out of his way to take care of me and my vehicle. The towing company was also very easy to get in contact with and relay information....

Hit a pothole on my way home and was stranded at QT with a flat tire. Contacted AAA and they quickly sent out a tech from Ammari. Jermaine showed up quickly after and had my spare on in no time. He even made sure it was fully inflated (bc tbh it was really low on air). 10/10!
