HORRIBLE!!! BEWARE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TOUCH YOUR CAR!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!!! AAA (also untrustworthy) dispatched this company to tow my car and I ended up needing MORE repairs! This towing company obviously hires anyone. They do extremely poor work, are apathetic and shady! They begged me not to go through their insurance company after damaging my car and said they would “look out for me” by having their guy do the repairs. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY!!! The tow truck driver damaged my car as you can see from the photo. He pulled my bumper completely off, broke my grill AND made my car hit a parked car (I have damage to the back of my car as well). Please do not use them for anything! I would hate for this to happen to anyone else!

AAA said that they would be here at 12:25. I called, no answer. At 12:52, Terence called and told me that he didn't have the necessary tools to plug a tire. Wow. Total waste of time.

My battery went dead and I needed it a tow to the house. The driver pulls up out of uniform with another passenger in the vehicle so we couldn’t even ride in the truck with him. Now he has to tow my car with me and my wife inside of it which is against the law and tow policies. Then the driver pulls my car with the pull tow drops my car damages breaks my whole dust cover on top of bumper and hood of my car. Then refused to give me any information and drove off on me. This company is reckless and they do not care about the customers. Triple AAA definitely need to cut all ties.Service: Car towing

My experience could not have been better! I had a huge mechanical failure and was stuck in a very dangerous place on the freeway. Mark was there for me and assured that we both were safe. He went out of his way to take care of me and my vehicle. The towing company was also very easy to get in contact with and relay information. 10/10!

Hit a pothole on my way home and was stranded at QT with a flat tire. Contacted AAA and they quickly sent out a tech from Ammari. Jermaine showed up quickly after and had my spare on in no time. He even made sure it was fully inflated (bc tbh it was really low on air). 10/10!

Had to call AAA because we broke down. Ashley with Ammari Towing called us fast. She was very nice and professional. Ashley answered all our questions and concerns. This driver right here literally almost got me into a wreck just now I don't know how I can report them further but he literally pulled out in front of me and back ed up towards my car and just stared at me... Like I can't make this up like it literally almost caused the wreck very reckless didn't apologize or anything

We just received a tow service with AAA with Amarri Towing Inc. It was a challenging circumstance of the rear air shocks going out on our Mercedes S550 but Amarri Towing sent out theirBEST team. Tim and Mark, definitely came through for us and were able to get the vehicle towed safely without a scratch on it. I will recommend them to anyone needing assistance and would 100% use them again. My Nissan Armada's transmission gave out in the Dallas VA parking lot & these guys handled getting the truck out of the tight-ass parking space & towing it to my repair shop like super heroes!I highly recommend them for your towing needs!!!

I called Triple AAA because I had a flat tire and Ammari Towing was dispatched. Guyton arrived much faster than the time that I was told. He promptly changed my tire and went above and beyond and tightened all my lugs on all my tires. I am grateful that God sent a compassionate technician out to assist me.
