So tired of being disconnected/hung up on when I call. I get texts about medications being ready when I am not aware of any to be filled because none are due, but again, I get disconnected when I call to find out what it is. I'm disabled and it can cause a lot of pain to go places, that's why I call.

The Kroger on University usually has less of a wait than this one, but sometimes I like to shop at this Kroger, so I drop off the Rx's at the Loop 288 location.
