I went to the Denton Verizion store on Loop 288, and Shea (a real human) patiently worked through the problem for me. He fixed the error, and I now have a working voicemail service. He didn't make me feel like an incompetent idiot either!! YAY SHEA! THANK YOU!”
“Great team! They answered my questions and addressed my concerns clearly and honestly. I didn't get the run around I typically received from other t-mobile stores I have visited. For example, being told my ordered equipment is out for 3 months when it was in a back room. I will be returning to this specific store for all future purchases and phone upgrades... if they keep the same practice ethics, of course. :)”
