“Absolutely outstanding help from a gentleman by the name of Sam. My phone would not turn on for anything and after going to T-mobile and Metro PCS for phone help both locations suggested to buy a new phone. I walked into CPR and Sam soft reset my phone and got it to turn on within 2 minutes of being there. Also took the time to explain to me how the charging port pins and cleaning process works.(Due to me thinking I had a bad charging port). After he checked my phone for any internal damage messages/error codes in the cache he did not find anything. After getting me fully operational again I asked how much I owed him for his time and to my surprise he said ,”nothing at all and he was glad he could help.” Sam, thank you again sir!
