As I’m writing this review, I’ve been on hold for 27 minutes. This isn’t the first time. They won’t apologize for it either. This is just normal business to them.
Edit- I drove up there while on hold. I showed the pharmacist. He said it’s my fault for not hanging up and redialing.

Terrible customer service. Don’t bother calling because they hang up on you anyway. Online delivery system is also terrible.
