This Walgreens provides excellent and thoughtful pharmacy service, with staff described as professional, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. They show genuine care and urgency to help, going above and beyond by calling insurance companies for overrides, checking medication availability at other pharmacies, and ensuring patients are well-informed. The cashiers and cosmetics staff also receive high praise for their helpful and amazing service. However, the store has significant issues with shoplifting, leading to basic items like deodorant being locked in cabinets. It is also often very low staffed, which causes long waits for assistance, including to use a locked restroom.
I wish these lazy shoplifters would stop being such a burden and actually get a job to afford their own stuff. Now the rest of us have to waste time asking a clerk to unlock a cabinet for something as basic as deodorant. It’s pathetic and annoying.

The place is good, but keeps restroom locked...if someone has to go they have to wait for long time to get the restroom opened.... very low staffed.

Back in Dec 2022, Jo from Beauty had helped me last minute to get my skin cleared and healthy again.
