“It’s in the parking garage on the P1 floor. Sooo convenient because there’s plenty of parking. Though you have to pull a parking ticket, it’s free the first 60 mins.Fast, very kind, easy!”
“I always get nervous coming to the post office because I tend to get the employee who is snappy or impatient. Today I went to this location and Jesus was SO KIND. Completely made my day! “NEVERRRR would think I'd be writing a review for USPS. Especially a 5 star. BUT....this is the only location I will go to. From the first time I visited a long while ago, their customer service st this location is always excellent. I drive past several USPS just to go to this one.Camron helped me today and he went above and beyond with his customer service. He had no idea I was having a not-so-great day and 100% made it better by simply being so helpful. I'll continue to pass lots of USPS locations just to go to this one. Its so worth it.”
“My favorite post office because of its staff. Post office errands are not always fun and lines can be excruciatingly long. However the staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Especially the gentleman, who I’m ashamed to say I can’t recall his name, has the best attitude. He always has a smile and a kind word regardless of the stress and pressure on him. I’ve seen him provide his usual excellent service even when he’s all alone and the line out the door.
Everyone has bad days, but we should all be mindful not to take it out on others because they are typically faultless. A kind word and smile goes a long way to brighten another’s day.”

“It was a Friday afternoon about 3 weeks ago. Not that many people waiting and only 2 or 3 USPS staff helping people. I just had to get an envelope and had to mail something locally in Dallas. At my turn, the lady handed me a prepaid envelope and even advised me to not write my (From) address too big in the back, rather very small on top of where I had written my (To) address. This too avoid the delivery machine scanning and having it accidentally marked back to me for delivery, instead of the actual address.
She also didn't had cash with her but in this day and age, I didn't mind at all paying my $0.88 through credit card. Our exchange was very cordial and the staff was very polite.
Entering and leaving the post office, it just reminds you of the glory days when post office had a critical role in our lives. There's a huge area with lot of mailboxes, which was empty and bore deserted looks. I wonder if people still use mailboxes as they used to at one point in time.
All in all the experience was good and I was done with really quickly.”

“Thank you for being so efficient in shipping off my package. Dropped it off Thursday night and it was delivered in Wisconsin by Monday morning. “I went as soon as they opened, parked in the garage across the street (make sure you get a ticket and take a photo of the door code in the garage) and I was the only one there. I just needed to send a package out. It took less than 2 minutes. :)”

“This post office is one of the best I've gone to. They're not over the top friendly but they try to get you in and out. I can't ask for more than that. It's so hidden I didn't know it existed for years living a few miles from it. I left my notebook there once early in the morning and when I realized it late afternoon I went back the next day and it was sitting right where I left it. If you can find them, give them a shot.”
“Stopped in on a Friday at 3pm to send a certified letter. It had been a long week and day and we were exhausted. Gentleman behind the counter was very patient and helpful with us. His personality raised our spirits and improved our day. It was a very nice experience. This was also the shortest wait I've ever experienced inside a post office ever.”

“I was expecting an important package for delivery on 11/25; the mail carrier did not leave it, stating "did not have access to the building..." which wasn't true. Regardless, the package did not show up 11/26 or 11/28 and no additional updates on tracking. I called the post office and spoke to Dee or Dean (sorry if I am misspelling). She looked and said she didn't see the package but took my number and said she'd call me back. I did not expect one, that's just the service I've come to expect. Not only did she call me back, but allowed me to come after hours to pick up my important package. She was very friendly and apologized for the delay. Thanks again!”

“I came in today to retrieve a package after receiving a ticket saying they “attempted delivery” last week. I wasn’t able to come here until today, so I was ready to pick it up. To make a long story short, the post office was very empty and I was greeted and attended to quickly by Quin. She was kind and she found my package. Unfortunately the package box was destroyed. I put in a complaint with the company I ordered from and requested a refund on an item. Overall, the experience was pretty good.”

“Marked my package delivered about two weeks ago. Package was lost. I went in to their unusual USPS office and a mail man left me forgotten. I was forgotten until a very nice lady helped me, Denise. She took my information and today my lost package was delivered. Thank you Denise and to my mail Lady whom found and delivered my package.”

“I've been going to this post office since 2005 they are almost like my family . They have everything I need they go above and beyond the Call of Duty helping people who may be confused or in a hurry or even downright rude.. everyone is treated with respect no matter how badly they behave now that is nerves of Steel.. we must protect the post office we must protect our freedom of mail delivery if you think it's bad now wait till we don't have people that care about us and all these private companies go stashing our personal boxes to come back and pick up later + sell online!..We need Federal Regulation and we need federal employees to be paid a good wage because they endure much hardship so that we can be kept informed. We must support them in every way... Everybody has a bad day ...you don't know if they've just lost a dear loved one I still had to come in to work and smile at us..We don't know their stories so let's be patient because our post office could be taken from us in next few years if we are not ever watchful... This is a freedom we enjoy”

“This is one of my favorite local USPS offices. Friendly & helpful staff. At times they are understaffed but I always see them doing their best to help customers. I notice there are quite a bit of retail customers that come in and get frustrated when they don’t get their way being bold and wrong. I wish people would realize we’re all human and its important to be compassionate and understanding with each other. S/O to Sandra!”

I think some customers get angry and leave bad reviews about things the staff has no control over, like lost packages in foreign countries, etc. I’ve never had anything but good experiences at EaglePostal Center!”
