The lady at the counter was a little rude, and I felt like I was being rushed even though there were no other customers waiting. However, the guys at the exit and the return center were extremely kind. Also, the car was in excellent condition and worked perfectly, I rented an automatic sedan.

Very good customer service; however, the cars are horrible. I got a Mustang with 40,000 miles, and it felt like it had 200,000 miles. The suspension was terrible, and the car vibrated when it came to a complete stop.

Everything was fine, but I will never get the manager's special. It was so foil that even though I had a small car, it was smelly and burned a lot of gas.
