“This is such a great store! I love coming here to find unique and thoughtful local gifts for my friends and family, and it never disappoints. It's very calm and a great place to browse at your own pace. The owner is also so friendly and eager to help. Last time I was there as I was checking out at the counter, he asked if my purchase was a gift, and he marked out the price and put it in a gift bag for me. I've found some real gems here and I keep coming back - definitely give it a visit!”

“I love this local hidden gem. One of my favorite neighborhood/local places to support. It is not hard to find but you won't just pass it. This is a great place for gifts. I buy here for those people who have everything, and they always comment (even years later) how much they love their WRSG products. I love all of the products I have for myself.
It can be a bit overwhelming because there are SOOO many options, but it is easy to navigate the store and learn the layout almost immediately.
This is not a place to find a bargain, but the items are fairly priced
I deducted a star because of the customer service. I appreciate that they don't rush you or constantly ask to help you. On a good day, I would say their staff is aloof. I have had two staff members be pleasant and engaging over the years I have shopped here.
However, my last visit on the morning of 10/5 I had an experience I would classify as "rude and off putting". I made a trip specifically to WRSG for a gift, my usual reason, and when I picked three items I asked the sales person if the 3 items I picked would be enough for a gift box or if I should add a 4th. Product sizes of the items vary. I thought it was a simple questionHer response was, "Gift boxes cost $3". Umm, not an answer to my question. I told her that was fine, then she walked away. No one else was working, so I couldn't ask anyone else. No one else in the store either. So it wasn't like she was too busy to answer my questions. Just seemed not interested in helping me.
When I did checkout, while she was ringing up the items, I told her I wanted the birthday packaging (a sticker and ribbon) that they have displayed. I paid, and then she started building the gift box. I reminded her I wanted the birthday packaging again... she said, "Ribbon is $1". She saw I have a frequent customer account, I didn't balk at almost $40 for 3 items. Why the hell does she keep telling me the prices at random times. I already said that before she finished my sale. Now she has to ring me up for $1.09 for the ribbon separately when I asked for before, and she already had the birthday stickers out, so she heard me. It seemed personal, and 2 weeks later, it's a head scratcher. This had to be the worst customer experience I have had there. If she was uncomfortable selling items to me, she should have another person working. In the past, the salespeople have either been pleasant at the transaction or mildly helpful with my questions. Nothing awful or I wouldn't stop there, FOR YEARS. I pass on their BRANDED items to my closest friends. But, that last experience was not good at all. It will make me rethink my next purchase with WRSG.”
“This place is a such a cute and unique gift shop/print shop. It feels like you walk into a gallery with affordable art! They have beautiful imported ceramics along with great stationary. Their journals,sketchbooks, and planners are of really nice quality. They carry art from local artist along with art from all over the world. This a true gem in Dallas”

“Wow! What a time! As soon as I pulled up and saw how cute the outside was, I knew a time was about to be had! I was treated to the Plant Bar for my birthday and it was the best gift. When I was first walked through the door, I was a little overwhelmed because there are sooo many options. Thankfully, the staff was friendly and helped guide me through the place. This is a creative, relaxing experience. Great for a bday gift ?, date night, girls night, family time or just a little QT with yourself. This place is a must. Plan to spend a little time here. I thought I would be walking out the door in 30 minutes. I was wrong! It took about an hour for one plant baby, and I could’ve easily stayed longer. The price varies depending on the plant and vessel you choose. The plant/vessel pictured was about $40.”
“I absolutely loved this store, and I don't know why it took me so long to stop in. Delightful staff that was friendly and very helpful. A great collection of gifts and clothing by local artists. Prices were wonderful as well, and they are not only fine with taking photos - they have set up some insta-worthy areas that encourage a selfie or two! I can't wait to go back... I have my eye on a gorgeous, hand painted hat that I haven't been able to stop thinking about. Be sure and stop by - tell them that the Lifestylist® sent you! Well done!”
“I really enjoy the Halloween theme of Derry! Caught my eye I had to go in. I went this afternoon and there was this girl with glasses working I forgot her name it might be Eliza or something? Anyway she was able to help me pick something for my mom and sister just based off the little bit I said to her about them and they loved it! Go to this place totally worth it!”
“Everything they sell there at Edible Arrangements is beautiful. I recommend them, they work with all kinds of fruits... and the very rich chocolate, especially the white one, is delicious ? but it is expensive $$ they sell all kinds of balloons for all occasions, they sell flowers, cookies and many other things. Visit the store or you can place your orders in advance.”
“What a pleasure to have Allyson at my gathering to give expert design advice and to handle finishing our bracelets while we continued our celebration. (We used my beads.)She brought bead boards for everyone and all the other needed supplies. She even volunteered to make a bracelet for our remote guest!Allyson was super professional and also encouraging and supportive during the planning in the run up to my event.I love the shop, too! They have 3 stores all within a block. My daughter and I stumbled in one store and as I looking for a couple of causal work outfits. I couldn’t find what I was looking for in one store.
Brenda my sales associate, walked myself and daughter across the street to their sister store where I found the cutest black and white shirt dress, with POCKETS!
I tried on a medium and was a bit too snug, so I opted for a large.
I didn’t try on the large and later found the dress I bought was a XL. The store has a no refund, but was worried they had sold the large. I contacted the store and spoke with Renee the manager/owner, informing her of my ordeal.
She checked the store and stock and they only had a XS left. Rene agreed to pay for altering my dress.

“The customer service that the D Gift Shop offers is absolutely amazing!! We had a horrible experience with another shop in Dallas. We came across the D Gift Shop. I called them today. They had a perfect gift basket. Balloon. And stuffed animal delivered to the little guy we were sending it to the same day. Not only did the nail the order they also went above and beyond to make the late night delivery. They drove over 30 minutes to make sure he got his goodies sooner rather than later!! HIGHLY recommend them!!!”

“Very cute gift and candle store. Extensive collection of candles available, but they are high-end brands, so expect to pay accordingly. They also have a good assortment of seasonal and holiday items for the home. Their baby and children's section is also well stocked. A few name brands like El Arroyo and Consuela. Plenty of free parking immediately outside of the store. One star less due to customer service - I've been here several times and haven't been acknowledged until purchasing something. A friendlier staff would be appreciated!”
