“I was in a pinch trying to get a gift for my mother for the Lunar New Year and the ornaments I was hoping to obtain appeared to be sold out. Thankfully the lady approached me to see if I needed any assistance and went out of her way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Sure enough, she found one last ornament tucked away amidst all the New Year decorations hanging from the entrance to the shop. It was chaotic with all the people attending the festival, so I am ESPECIALLY grateful that she went out of her way to assist me. That’s excellent customer service! ?”

“We love visiting Marshalls. No matter where we go, we'll hit them up. Our kids love to browse the toy section for "souvenirs" when we come to Dallas. Personally, the toys here are cheaper than if they found the same at say, Target. (Teaching them about better bang for your buck.) Loved the plaza this was in and the location. Great stores. Anyways, this particular Marshalls had a pretty good selection. I was able to find a new pair of shorts, a new top, some socks for our kid (6 pairs on clearance for $3!), a Mavericks shirt and a toy hockey set "souvenir". Workers were all so friendly. Apparently I looked familiar to the fitting room attendant because she lit up when she saw me and said, "Nice to see you again." I didn't have the heart to tell her this was the first time I'd ever been there. Needless to say, I think we'll be staying in this area next time we're visiting!”

“I went in that shop several times and they have some really cute stuffs. I bought some crocs charms from their store and it was very cheap. Their customers services is really good too, they all are so sweet and very chill with their customers and u love that.”
