CVS Pharmacy is a mixed bag for customers, with both positive and negative experiences reported. While some customers have had fantastic experiences, with the store being clean, well-stocked, and offering great prices and service, others have faced challenges with slow prescription processing and handling of orders. One standout employee, Daniela, has been praised for her competence and for making customers feel better even when they don't need assistance. However, the pharmacy's drive-thru service has been criticized for being too slow, with customers sometimes waiting over 20 minutes to pick up their medications. Overall, CVS Pharmacy seems to provide a varied level of service, with some locations and employees excelling, while others struggle to meet customer expectations. The business appears to have room for improvement in streamlining its prescription handling and ensuring consistent quality across all its locations.
The RX drive through pickup area is ALWAYS so trashed & looks like noone ever picks up the trash outside!!!!!
