Staff could not have been nicer. This location is a bit of a nightmare to get to since it’s in a very chaotic Walmart but the staff more than make up for the hassle. They were so kind on the phone and in person. Really impressed with their customer service. They deserve a reward and all the kudos.

The staff is friendly and they created a wonderful experience for my toddler. The shop is cute, a bit smaller than other build a bear shops, but they had the most popular characters in stock, which is absolutely sufficient.
