“They really stand by their name, my stuffed animals came quickly and looked just like the pictures. Only giving 4 stars because I did not know about the "request a sample" (look at the bottom of the website before ordering! Wish I knew about it) and when I asked if it was possible to retroactively receive one after my order, I never received an answer. Otherwise, very happy with them. I use mine in play therapy with kids and then the kids get to pick one to take home after discharge.”

“One of my favorite locations. They tend to have everything in stock! Wide selection, friendly staff, great atmosphere, and on-site cafe. Depending on your direction of travel, the entrance can be a bit tricky. For parking, I’ve never had an issue.One thing to note about this location are the restrooms, they could use an upgrade/deep cleaning.”

“I absolutely adore this store!!! We found all kinds of toys for the kids and they're not marked up by huge percentages like some of the other local stores. They are reasonably priced. The people that work there are super friendly. The kids can play with some of their display toys. The place is clean and well organized. Lots of gadgets from the past and trendy toys too. Also next door, which is part of the same store, there's a really cool adult-friendly store that has a lot of Texas crafts and art and home goods. It just feels good to come to this store and support local. They make it easy with their good prices, well made products, and welcoming and friendly attitudes. Highly recommend this place! We plan to come back and buy gifts here.”

“I had the opportunity to visit Hobby Town-Dallas several times recently. What a great store. They are well stocked in a lot of areas and particularly in the remote control arena. More importantly their employees speak remote control fluently! Over this period I worked with Greg, Chris and Zack. All were knowledgeable, friendly and and spent the necessary time to answer my questions and solve my problems. Then they had in stock the necessary parts I needed. This is now my go-to store for everything remote control. Sam”

We didn’t have a really long time to stay, but it seem like the kind of store. You could really spend hours looking around. I thought it was super cool. “how can we go to Dallas & not stop at the AG store?! also, this is the last month in the Galleria before they move to The Shops At Park Lane in March 2024!!!! my daughter enjoyed roaming around the store here - I did feel like this store was smaller than the one in DC. we'll have to check out the new store next time we're in Dallas. we were looking for a certain chair that American Girl online was showing as in stock, but when we got there, it was sold out. a bit disappointing for the child, but she really fell in love with coconut (the dog). she ended up getting coconut & the coconut pillow on sale. thankfully they had some pillows still in the plastic wrap & some were even vacuum sealed (which helps since we were traveling). can't wait to see the new store!”

I assembled the whole set myself over a weekend and our set has stood up to every bit of weather no problem.I am the most impressed with their customer service. I've contacted KidKraft twice (once under warranty and once out of warranty), and both scenarios were taken care of promptly and with outstanding communication.
