If you pay with cash, they don't give you your exact chance back, and if you say something, they will threaten you with the cops.

Wanted to redeem an item with my reward points but the cashier didnt accept it. He was interpreting the coupon however he wanted. Went to another 7 eleven and it worked fine.

The staff is friendly and always provide fast friendly service and the owner himself is a great guy as well. In all of Dallas, this is my go-to convenience store.
