“I’m going to keep this as quick and concise as possible, but it’s worth reading. Trust me! My Camaro SS went to Chevrolet a billion dollar corporation for fuel smell that was in my cabin. I dropped off the car to Chevrolet in November 22, and they had my car for 3 weeks with no updates stating that I wouldn’t have my car back until 2nd week of January because of parts and delays. I asked Chevrolet for a rental car, they did not want to provide me rental for the inconvenience. At that point, having my car for 3 months, that becomes customer satisfaction. I did some research and found Noll’s Auto. ( It gets good now) I contacted them. Picked up my car from Chevy took it to Noll’s auto and they diagnosed and serviced my car. Since it was around Christmas they found an underlying problem that Chevy caused. My car went for a gas smelling in the cabin, to fuel leaking out of my tank. Noll’s found the issue and informed me of it. Which is how I was able to know that Chevy did extra damage to my vehicle when they diagnosed it, because prior to taking it to Chevy. I checked, and it had no fuel leaking. As I was saying, because they destroyed my fuel line and there was no available AC delco parts in Houston. Noll’s’ gave me a Christmas present by putting me in a rental car for half price. I paid Noll’s Auto, and they had my car done in less than a total of 7 days, that includes holidays and weekends. This was the best auto repair service I have ever encountered. A billion dollar car company can’t satisfy the customer for inconveniences but a smaller company can satisfy you, and offer additional services? While fixing your car completely. They were very awesome and informative. To me, they comforted me and told me they were going to get it handled and they surely did. For now on, this is my go-to shop for any repairs. I will never take my shop to another Chevy dealer as long as this shop, and I live in Houston. If you need any work done. Contact them, and you’ll see the results faster than a Billion Dollar corporation. BONUS, they use all OEM parts for vehicles, no cheap stuff. Thank you Joey and Kirby. You guys are the Epiphany of customer satisfaction, and a problem solver. In all, this shop is like Michael Jordan the GOAT when it comes to auto servicing. Thanks!????”

When our truck would not start in the parking lot of St. John’s Lutheran Church across the street from AutoFix, Megan drove her own truck out to give us a jump and do a quick diagnostic test. We were so thankful she went out of the way to help us. We learned both our starter and our battery needed replacement. AutoFix was able to provide us with the exact part number for the starter we needed to purchase and agreed to install it after we purchased it on our own to save a little money. “I did a drop off for a emission test, and it was a wonderful experience. They did more than just performing the emission test.They also give you an overall inspection on other parts, and they do give you recommendation that your car might need. After the offer or the recommendations that was given during the inspection in case my car does need a near future. I might not need it to get it done now but I do appreciate all the inspections that is done through the emission test. I will definitely come back for all other works to get done when I can afford”
