“I saw some Asics tennis shoes online that I needed for an event this week, but the earliest delivery was next week. I called Asics in Houston Premium Outlet, where I have been a loyal customer for many years.
In recent years I have met Julie, Store Manager, and she has done an excellent job fitting me in the right running shoes at really great prices! However this week, she exceeded my highest expectations for customer service.
I called the store and Julie answered. I told her my issue and asked if the tennis shoes were available at the store or could she get them in sooner, if she ordered them. She told me they were not available and that the delivery time would be the same. I thanked her and told her I would place the order.
Five minutes later, Julie called my number, to let me know that the shoes in my size had arrived in the shipment that she just unloaded. I was thrilled that the shoes were available, but overwhelmed at the level of customer service quality that Julie demonstrated!
Julie showed that she not only valued me as a customer, but was willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs. This was clearly one of the most outstanding and rewarding customer service experiences that I have had in all my years of shopping.

“This store has great shoes and great customer service during peak hours. However, that night time crew should be ashamed of themselves for losing money. A few months ago I called to see what time they closed so I could get some shoes. They gave me a time and then closed 15 minutes early. I called at 6:45 pm tonight to see what time they closed. I was told 8:00 pm, I got there at 7:25 and they were closed, store empty, no one to answer the phones. No problem. Went and gave Polo the money they were going to get.”

I had an amazing experience at the Nike store, thanks to the store manager, Katie. I noticed a t-shirt on a mannequin that I really liked, but it seemed to be the last one in my size. When I asked about it, Katie immediately took the initiative — without hesitation, she personally removed the shirt from the mannequin so I could purchase it.
What truly stood out was her attitude. Despite being the manager, she didn’t delegate the task or wait for someone else to help. She took action herself with a smile and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. On top of that, she even offered me an additional discount on my purchase — such a thoughtful gesture!
Katie went above and beyond and completely changed my outlook on customer service. Most managers would have just called an associate, but she handled everything personally and left me walking out of the store with a big smile. She’s truly one of the best managers I’ve ever encountered. Thank you, Katie, for making my day!”

She rung us up and even suggested shoe refresher when she heard me make an offhand comment about smell. The store itself was clean, well-stocked and easy to navigate.
