“Cassandra who helped me at the customer service desk was amazing! There was a woman in front of me who was holding up the line fussing over coupons, and Cassandra handled the situation so gracefully and efficiently. She was very kind and didn’t let the situation affect her job. She apologized for the wait and continued like nothing happened. I was very impressed with her professionalism. Thank you for your service Cassandra!”
“The manager (black male, light blue Walmart polo, and locs), the young lady running self check out, and the other working a register (about 18-21yrs) DESERVE A RAISE and sooo much praise. Long story short, I went in (around 2:45, 3pm) and I was being followed by an older man the entire time I was shopping, to the point I had to call my brother and keep him on the phone just in case. I told the young lady running self checkout and she immediately helped me, mentioning it to the other young lady running a register and telling her manager. She let me speak to the manager, he was very kind and escorted me out. He was very alert the entire time and even had us wait by his car until the creep left because the man followed us out and (I didn’t realized until he pointed it out) was parked two cars down from mine. After the man left, he walked me to my car and helped load my groceries.I’ve had a similar experience in the past at a Ross and they basically told me they couldn’t help, so I had to wait in the store next door until I felt it was safe to go to my car. This IS true customer service. Thank you to all three employees for everything!!”

“9.30.23 $3.10 for gas today.Stopped here for gas. I don't shop at Kroger often. They are a little high priced for the items I buy. I will say they do have a cake that my hubby and I just LOVE! I buy it for our birthdays and our anniversary. We call it our anniversary cake, because that was the first time we had it. I always forget to take a photo of it because I'm so excited to eat it! Lolol. Next time I will try to hold off until after the photo is taken. Also, there flowers are always very beautiful.”

“I would like to give 5 stars for the service I had gotten in the past, but I had to take one star away due to the .....questionable......answers from the pharmacist when regarding my medication. My questions were very specific and (what I thought would be) easy to answer, especially coming from a medical professional! Maybe it was just me, tho. Or bad timing? I'm unsure. I just wanted to share some awareness of my recent experience within the review.
Other than that, I will continue using this HEB as my primary in-person pharmacy.”

“I’m apprehensive to leave an honest review because I don’t want everyone clogging up my favorite pharmacy. My family has been using this CVS location for years and we refuse to go anywhere else. It’s crazy that when I walk up to the counter I feel like I’m at some small town Pharmacy because they take such good care of us here. The pharmacists and tech are amazing people and great at their jobs. I can not say enough good things. Any time there has been an issue with a prescription they help me resolve it, if there’s a coupon they find it, all my questions get answered. Everything you want in a pharmacy, it’s right here. I know I sound ridiculous but in today’s world customer service is non existent and so having a great experience means a lot to me.”

“I called this Kroger to ask if they had any sushi grade fish. Mark picked up the phone and related to me that they did not. He said he wasn't academy sure if they did or not, but let me know that since he wasn't sure, the fish was more than likely NOT sushi grade! This was extremely helpful and allowed me to make an informed decision to not purchase any fish for sushi. This is still absolutely my go-to store for grocery shopping, and Mark only reinforced my decision to keep coming here. Thank you!”
“It wasn't too crowded however most people are using the self checkout, leaving only 2 cashiers for those that don't want to self checkout. Those two were really working hard.”

“I’ve been coming to the pharmacy for years .The short staff, lack of communication and extremely long waits have become part of the norm.However, today I was in awe when I noticed a young lady by the name of Catherine. This young lady is always hustling, makes the lines move and always so helpful and sweet. I wish I knew her set schedule… she deserves a raise!!!I’ve only had the pleasure of running into her a handful of times but it’s memorable. I get my meds in a timely manner and no issues.”
“Seeing all these negative reviews really irks me because 99% of the time it's the insurance or Doctors office thats the issue but the pharmacy staff are blamed... I have been coming to this pharmacy for 6 years and not once had an issue with the staff. It's always been the insurance or Doctors office that have messed up. The staff here always go above and beyond to help me when it comes to the medications I need to stay alive, not once have they been rude or refused to help. I'm sorry, but y'all waiting in line is not their problem, other people need meds too and you are not the only person in the world that they are taking care of. If more people understood how things work behind the counter, I think they'd be less likely to be so rude and just plain mean in some of these reviews. They have many steps they have to complete before they can hand over your medication, and procedures are important so that they give you the right dosage/medical AND not do anything illegal. To the staff, y'all are awesome, thank you for everything you do to help keep me and many others alive by providing us with medications that do so!”
“12.13.23 I went to go see a loved one in the hospital. When I first walked in I was impressed by the smell. It smelled so fresh and clean. It did not have that medicine/rubbing alcohol smell that you normally get at a hospital. There was a huge beautiful Christmas tree at the entrance and everything was so tidy. We went up to the sixth floor and the staff were so polite to us. An RN named Ashley O. came in to check on our loved one and she was incredible. The tender love and care she gave (to our loved one) was touching to both me and my husband. Thank You Ashley O. You're a rockstar!”
“I would like to share what a great experience we had at the Walgreens in Cypress, Tx at the Spribg Cypress/Barker Cypress location. We needed about 200 8x10 pictures for a school project, but because of the storms here and power outages we missed the coupon deadline. The store manager, Harvey, was quick to honor the coupon without any hesitation. He was so kind and generous to us! Joshua in the photo department made our print job a priority and helped get our pictures to us quickly. Without both of their help, we would have not been able to do the project our student were looking forward to. It is rare to find good customer service these day, but Harvey and Joshua went above and beyond to help us. Thank you to both of you!”
“I’ve been going to various Walgreens over the years for my prescriptions, and it’s always hit or miss when it comes to the pharmacy, the pharmacist and the technicians. Most of the other locations I’ve dealt with have either had a rude staff and/or it takes forever to get someone on the phone when I call. There was even one time, at another location, that I was put on hold for 35 minutes!!
However, this location has an absolutely wonderful staff who are polite and knowledgeable, and if I have to be put on hold at all, It’s never for more than a minute or two.
If you live anywhere close to this area, I highly recommend switching your prescriptions to this location!”

“You know what all of you guys that are constantly complaining about service here! Shame on you! I have been using Walgreens for as long as I have lived here and elsewhere. I have never had bad service from them or any of the cashiers or manager there . They go out of their way to help me! They all do not take a break at the same time ! The pharmacist maybe if their lucky to have more than one that day! But their is always someone their at the pharmacy to help you! God forbid that you ever lived in the age when pharmacies and other stores had a sign they turned on their door stating closed. Gone To Lunch! People need a little patience!
