25891 Hwy 290, Cypress“Theft must be rampant in the area. when I returned some small items (~$30), the staff not only scanned UPC, the receipt, she also manually typed in some numbers and compared with some internal system log. The air was tense would be an understatement. She held up a long line. When I joked about how diligent she was, she turned very nice. I am glad the staff was able to gain some self-awareness after some reminder and turned a very awkward interaction around :) I feel sorry that retail staff has to deal with theft so much and so often -- they are stressed out. TJX should give everyone a raise. Happy holidays :)”

“A nice quick stop. But don't expect the same as what is available in a bigger store. It's more like a small grocery store. I love being able to do on my way home from work and pick up what I need grocery wise. I can get in and out quickly. It is so much easier than the bigger Walmart Shipping Centers. And, the smaller store has items that the bigger store does not. I enjoy shopping here.”

25901 US-290, Cypress“Went here around 9AM on a Thursday to grab some greeting and gift cards. The store was very nicely organized and clean. I was able to find what I needed very quickly. The self-checkout line appeared to be moving quite quickly, but I decided to stick with the traditional "human" experience and waited for a CSR/cashier to check me out. Because I had two people in front of me with a couple dozen items each, the CSR was nice enough to call someone else up to check me out. This other CSR, Sebastian, did not greet nor speak during our three minute transaction... which made things pretty awkward. My favorite part of the whole experience is when he asked me how much I needed on my gift cards by simply lifting up the cards with raised eyebrows. After purchasing my items, I gathered my things said a very polite farewell and Mr. Sebastian didn't even attempt a handwave. Now, usually I would give people the benefit of the doubt... maybe he's selective mute... or maybe he lost his voice and was attempting to let it rest. But seriously?! Not even a handwave? That really worked a nerve for me as I'm a stickler for politeness and respect. Hopefully my next trip will result in a 5 star review.”

28930 Northwest Fwy, Cypress“Let me start by saying I have not been back to this location in over 6 months due to poor customer service and being treated like I was a bother when I asked an employee where I could find a pet bed for my dog. I am on a fixed income, and your prices are great. So I decided to give your location another chance. I am so glad I did. I stood in the check out line for a short time, maybe 5 minutes. When I approached the counter I was greeted with a big smile and the friendliest "hello did you find everything ok?" I have heard in months from a employee working customer service. I believe her name was Joscelin, excuse me if I spelled it wrong. I doubt the spelling will prevent the upper management from knowing who I am referring to. She rang my items up quickly, she even folded my clothing items as she placed them in the bag. Where usually my items are shoved into the bag haphazardly. I must say Joscelin change my entire outlook on this location I will definitely be back please keep this employee happy so that she doesn't quit. It is so hard to find employees and customer service that are actually happy to be at work or even if they're unhappy they leave at the door and don't take it out on the customers. I've been coming to this location for years and literally stopped due to poor customer service Jocelyn redeemed my faith in this location don't know if she's a new employee or I just never saw her before but she needs a raise and a promotion. And maybe some other employees should pay attention to how she treats customers so they can take note and act the same way towards customers. Great job kiddo!! Keep smiling don't allow some stressful days take away your sunshine! Remember to take days off if u need to for mental health rejuvenation!! Awesome employee!!!!”

It is a great place to do some one stop shopping and pickup some great quality clothes. High quality and low prices are always a win! The clearance racks usually have some great bargains.”
“Seeing all these negative reviews really irks me because 99% of the time it's the insurance or Doctors office thats the issue but the pharmacy staff are blamed... I have been coming to this pharmacy for 6 years and not once had an issue with the staff. It's always been the insurance or Doctors office that have messed up. The staff here always go above and beyond to help me when it comes to the medications I need to stay alive, not once have they been rude or refused to help. I'm sorry, but y'all waiting in line is not their problem, other people need meds too and you are not the only person in the world that they are taking care of. If more people understood how things work behind the counter, I think they'd be less likely to be so rude and just plain mean in some of these reviews. They have many steps they have to complete before they can hand over your medication, and procedures are important so that they give you the right dosage/medical AND not do anything illegal. To the staff, y'all are awesome, thank you for everything you do to help keep me and many others alive by providing us with medications that do so!”

“Store is nice. Has eyebrow & nail salon. Also has a McDonald’s. My complaint is the auto center may be under staffed. I waited a little over 3 hours for an oil change on a Sunday. It was critical I got one otherwise I would have left again bc I left the Sat before after waiting 10 mins & no one greeted me to see what I needed. 1 staff member did update me when my car was next.”
“I'm leaving this review for the sales associate working in the Sephora section of the store NOT Kohl's as a whole. Her name is Camille and she mentioned she was a new employee. I couldn't tell because her customer service was stellar. She went out of her way to help me locate an item I couldn't find on the shelves. Very kind and polite. I wish all stores had associates as helpful as she was. She's a great asset to the Sephora brand. Thank you Camille!”
