“I have been with this credit union for many years when it was JSC. I would travel to the other locations, including Park Place and Gemini. Yesterday was my first experience with the Cypress location.
I gave this location 5 Stars because of the professionalism of the staff. Upon entering, the receptionist was smiling as she stood to greet me. She invited me to have a seat and immediately referred me to Jayla.
Jayla was very attentive to my needs and concerns. I was pleased with the attention she provided to make sure I was satisfied.
