From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a willingness to assist. The atmosphere was professional, yet there was an underlying tone of approachability.I had a few complex transactions to make and questions about some bank products over two visits I made. The two bankers who assisted me, Sheena & Ileana, where patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It's rare to see such dedication to customer service in today's fast-paced banking world.They printed out clear instructions for me and for the dealership to process my car purchase. I was able to email the paper work to the bankers that saved me extra trip to the bank that made things even faster.Additionally, the waiting area was clean, and even during a busy hour, the queue moved reasonably quickly. There was also plenty of parking spots in front, making the whole experience quick and easy.While many might consider banking to be a mundane chore, the staff at this branch made it a pleasant experience.
