Don't use the atms to deposit cash. 2nd drive thru ATM counted $3000 as $1200. First one counted $500 as $200. They're probably not in a rush to fix it, watch out

Why have a separate business clients line when non-business moving faster and they don’t call you to that window but leave you waiting jn business line and take others who walked in after you… bad system

The Worst Customer service at the front desk I've ever had in a Bank of America being a customer for many years. Rude and bad attitude employee on 12/28/23 at 4:30pm. I just said it was my third time trying to talk with an agent and he took it totally wrong.
