I gave a coupon for them to use yet they offered me a better coupon. The guy also showed me the dipstick to insure that the oil is new and full.
I've never had that happen before and would always wonder if mechanics actual changed the oil like they are supposed to.

“I'm new to the area, had a doctors appointment at 9am called Mr. Jake at 8:38 am he gave me a quote for oil change I drove right in got serviced and left within 10 mins while help another customer at the same time! The top it all off he filled the wiper fluid and made sure the tire pressure lights weren't on! I'm more that satisfied and will for sure return for all the automotive needs!”

“Fastest oil change this side of downtown Fort Worth! These boys have taken great care of all my vehicles. I trust these guys, as such I asked Zack where he would go for cosmetic issues (power window not rolling up) and he said, “right here!” They also noticed my registration sticker was expired and asked me if I wanted to take care of that too! We can all use a little extra help sometimes. I would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, fast work! Ask for Zach as my favorite thing about him is that he is a man of strong faith! Keep up the good work boys!

While waiting a local came up with their bicycle and needed help with their front tire and they helped him right away. A nice community small business.”

“I had my car fully detailed with their detailed complete service. They offered me a free Uber ride back home or anywhere I wanted in 10 miles, but I did not use it. It is nice of them to offer it, though. They have a nice and clean waiting room with a television and they also have clean bathrooms. Also there is free coffee and water for you there. The service took me about 2 hours, but they estimated 3 hours, so it is nice of them to work quickly. I received 2 air fresheners for free and I choose lovable. It is so refreshing. My car was so parsley and shiny afterward, and the inside was spotless. They did not mess with my personal belongings, which was very nice, and if there was something they thought I might have wanted to keep, they came in and asked me if it was trash. So they do not just throw your stuff away. They only take cash tips, so be prepared to bring cash. They do not offer cash back. There is a 7/11 next door that has an ATM, which is where I went. I will be coming back again, and I recommend others to go as well!”
“The new owners of this KwikKar are fantastic!!! In general, I do not care for KwikKar & other Lube type repair shops like Jiffy Lube & Meineke. I even had a bad experience at this location years ago. Gratefully, This location has new & wonderful owners who have been honest & very helpful.
I have had warranty work done by them. My warranty company is not easy to deal with & these awesome guys have advocated & even fought for me getting the necessary repairs approved!!! If ya’ll had a bad experience with the previous owners, please don’t hold it against these guys. I highly recommend giving these new owners a try. I am completely satisfied & happy with the service & care from the KwikKar guys at this location.”
