“I've been a Metro customer for years now in the beginning I would always get the really cheap phones and they would break pretty quick you know if I could get a phone till the last 6 months I was you know I'm pretty good shape. Last phone was the Moto 5G and unfortunately it got stolen but I was able to keep that for a little over a year but the guy that works in here his name is amir if I remember correctly..
I thought the service was great I want to believe he was giving me the very best deals possible some of that baby because I was eligible for an upgrade to I'm not exactly sure but I walked out of there with the Moto 5G stylist 2023 6 gigabyte RAM I love this phone I really do he told me to come back right before my first month's plan was up that he would do some edits make a little bit cheaper and he did exactly what he said he was going to do.
The only reason I'm giving this place four stars I do want to believe though that amir was giving me the best deals best prices that were available I've been to quite a few Metro PCS and I would definitely recommend this this one over pretty much all of them in the fort Worth area”

“We moved to Burleson May of 2023. Every time I’ve had cause to visit this location, we’ve been helped by Chris and I can’t rave enough about how knowledgeable, kind, & helpful he’s been. Sometimes having phone issues can be frustrating but with Chris’ help there’s no stress to be had. He makes you feel like there’s nothing he can’t handle or help you to take care of taking away any frustration you may have had before arriving in his care. Someone needs to make this guy a manager or even regional director of some kind because if everyone treated customers like he does there wouldn’t be any customers complaining about service!! “The male associate fixed my new Samsung s24 ultra to where the color was absolutely beautiful. I had to take it in 3 times with no success on color correction. However, the last male associate was able to fix it and I don't have to return the phone. The photos are as beautiful as iPhone pictures. No regrets!”
