“I needed my four new wheels changed out and it was a big job. These guys changed them out by taking the tires off the old wheels and put them on the new wheels. I have a big truck (2500HD) so it was a big job but they did an awesome job and charged me such a reasonable amount (way under what I felt it should have been). I tried to pay more but they wouldn't have any of that. Well, they will make much more from me now, because they have earned themselves a new customer now for good now.”
“So grateful for their honesty. My normal mechanic told me I needed a new transmission for $7k. A friend recommended I take it to ALL Star Transmision and have them check it out. “Great customer service, friendly and very knowledgeable about vehicles from all makes and models. I brought in my Nissan Frontier because my AC actuator #3 was out. It was going to take a day to replace it and I wasn't to bothered. But the price they wanted to charge compared to Nissan was by far more affordable. I realize dealerships need to fix things and make money, but the staff here have taught me I would feel more comfortable taking my vehicle to them. They don't try to sale you on things you don't need they just sale you great customer service. Thank you for making me a customer for life.”

“I bought a transmission and they got it to my shop in two days. The transmission didn't have first or second (all parties knew this transmission was a gamble because it was in the front seat of a car that hadn't been wrecked). I called them up to let them know and they did some digging and were able to locate another one and send it over. The new one works well and they didn't charge me for shipping or have me send the broken one back. I'd recommend these guys; they stand behind their warranties.”

“The shop people are very nice & professional & the shop is very clean & pleasant to wait in.Took our car in because the under side was rubbing & there was a rattle. They said it would be $150. to put it up on the rack. When they got under they saw something poking out from under the engine area! It was a 6" round steal wheel like thing that weighed about 5lbs!How in the heck did that get in there?! Any way they removed it & they didn't even charge us!!Highly recommend!Thanks Matt”

I hit a deer this morning and was afraid to drive to work so I called Highland safety center and they told me to bring it in real quick to see if it’s drivable. It was just the AC condenser. “The staff at Gerber was extremely friendly, and courteous! They communicated well with me throughout the whole process including very helpful text updates! They partnered with our auto insurance company which was an added bonus! They made sure the parts were all ordered first before starting the repair. They made the whole process painless, and even partner with a local rental car place there which picks you up at Gerber! The repairs were done early, and they had our car looking so pretty when picked up! When I first came in for an estimate, I overheard 2 other clients talking to each other, and how they won’t go anywhere else now! “John had me bring our class A rv in for a loud creaking sound in the front suspension. What seemed was going to be a big job - he was able to work on it while I was there and he fixed it with a little grease in a dry bushing. We had a trip coming up in a couple of days so we were really happy to get the rv back home the same day and the charge for the work was extremely reasonable. John’s a great guy, knowledgeable and honest. Couldn’t be more pleased.”

No issues ever when I come here to get my oil changed to take care of what's supposed to be done. They offer some good coupon sometimes through mail so I would say keep an eye out for that makes for a decent oil change price”
