“I needed my four new wheels changed out and it was a big job. These guys changed them out by taking the tires off the old wheels and put them on the new wheels. I have a big truck (2500HD) so it was a big job but they did an awesome job and charged me such a reasonable amount (way under what I felt it should have been). I tried to pay more but they wouldn't have any of that. Well, they will make much more from me now, because they have earned themselves a new customer now for good now.”

“Great customer service, friendly and very knowledgeable about vehicles from all makes and models. I brought in my Nissan Frontier because my AC actuator #3 was out. It was going to take a day to replace it and I wasn't to bothered. But the price they wanted to charge compared to Nissan was by far more affordable. I realize dealerships need to fix things and make money, but the staff here have taught me I would feel more comfortable taking my vehicle to them. They don't try to sale you on things you don't need they just sale you great customer service. Thank you for making me a customer for life.”

He went above and beyond to ensure I got home safely and even made some suggestions that I took to heart and am getting fixed as it really did need it. If you have a Jeep, take it here. “I bought a transmission and they got it to my shop in two days. The transmission didn't have first or second (all parties knew this transmission was a gamble because it was in the front seat of a car that hadn't been wrecked). I called them up to let them know and they did some digging and were able to locate another one and send it over. The new one works well and they didn't charge me for shipping or have me send the broken one back. I'd recommend these guys; they stand behind their warranties.”

They partnered with our auto insurance company which was an added bonus! They made sure the parts were all ordered first before starting the repair. They made the whole process painless, and even partner with a local rental car place there which picks you up at Gerber! The repairs were done early, and they had our car looking so pretty when picked up! When I first came in for an estimate, I overheard 2 other clients talking to each other, and how they won’t go anywhere else now! What seemed was going to be a big job - he was able to work on it while I was there and he fixed it with a little grease in a dry bushing. We had a trip coming up in a couple of days so we were really happy to get the rv back home the same day and the charge for the work was extremely reasonable. John’s a great guy, knowledgeable and honest. Couldn’t be more pleased.”

No issues ever when I come here to get my oil changed to take care of what's supposed to be done. “Nice place and office staff. They provide you a Service Check List after the work is completed. Based on the fact that the technician did not reset the oil change indicator nor did he fill the windshield washer fluid, I have no faith in the fact that he did anything else on the check list that he said he did. The $15 discount is a joke as they are not competitive even after you subtract $15. Don't go there!Shortly after my review, I was contacted by the manager. He was genuinely concerned. I have had a similar job where your business's reputation is based on the service received by the customer. I suspect he will have a conversation with his technicians. And by the way, he offered a free oil change to encourage me to give them another try which I will. Based on his response, I have changed my review from one star to five.”

Jerry was very helpful and informative on what needed to be done and provided me an estimate within 15 minutes or so. I chose to take my 2019 Honda CR-V to his shop for the repairs because of the great service and communication I had received in getting the estimate and days following. Repairs were completed and I am back on the road. I have zero complaints, there were no issues, no surprises and I do 100% recommend Collision Express to anyone in need of auto body repair.”

“I had a seal break in a double pane E glass window in our home and was having trouble finding a nearby company with good reviews. Burnet Glass doesn't have many reviews but I trusted the 1 that I saw and left a message for them. They quickly returned my call and asked for me to text with the details and a photo of the window in question.They were not expected to be able to look at it for a few days but ended up coming the same day. Gave me a reasonable quote with complete info as to timeline and terms.The product came in right on time and the appointment was scheduled. After a rocky start to the install (all due to an issue on my side), they completed the job. Even though it took a lot longer than they anticipated, they stuck with the amount quoted.”
