“someone turned into me and destroyed my front end. After doing some research I came across chucks shop and I have to say im really happy with the results. You can’t even tell the car was in a accident . They used OEM parts so the fitment looks fantastic, no uneven panel gaps . They worked with my insurance to get everything they needed ( person who hit me had no insurance). I would recommend this shop as their work speaks for itself. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they’re communication could use some work. I had to call them to inquire about the status of my car multiple times, and when my car was done they didn’t call me. I had to call them and found out my car has been done for 2 days. They claimed they left multiple voicemails but I I never got a single one. But besides that great shop, nice people.”

“2022 is a time that lets Auto Dealers be as heavy handed, unresponsive, and deceptive as they chose to be. During a thee week effort to find a new commuter car, I dealt with 20+ Kia and Toyota Dealers. I ran into one honest Kia Dealer, who would sell me a base model Forte for $28K. Also, one honest Toyota dealer, who would sell me Corolla L, for $29K, when it came in. Both of those prices include a market adjustment over $5K. At least the told me, before I drove there. On my way to the metro, I passed Stewart, because they didn't have any new Corollas, when I was looking. On my way home, I stopped. The first person I met, was the General Manager. I told him the story. He thanked me for being there, and promised this would be different. He promptly paired me with Brandon, my Salesman. They didn't have the car I wanted. They promised to call, at Noon, when they had their allocation. When called, Brandon took a deposit over the phone, ensuring my car was reserved. My car came in. The deal we discussed, before there was a car, was honored. My trade appraisal was more than fair. No unwanted dealer add ons were forced upon me. I was in and out. From the moment I walked in, until I drove away in my new car, the Stewart Team did everything they said they would. In the future, if Toyota makes a vehicle that fits my needs, and Stewart has it, I'll buy it. Thank you very much!”

“Today I was driving from Dallas to Palestine. I made a stop in Corsicana, and when I got back in my car it wouldn’t start. I suspected the battery and called Auto Zone. Ellen took my call and dispatched Leo (in the rain no less) to give me a boost (jump my battery) so I could drive it the 2 miles to Auto Zone. I purchased a new battery and Leo installed it. Both of them literally saved the day. Thank you so much!!”

“These people are quick (and nice). I went in the morning for a State Inspection, and figured I might as well get an oil change as well. I didn't count the minutes but I know I wasn't there long.
Everyone seemed nice, but Omar was especially kind. I forgot to bring information and he took the time to look it up. While helping other customers, Omar would speak Spanish as needed and English to others. I like that he'd do anything reasonable to help customers (look up information / speak in someone's preferred language) and never seemed bothered.
So, great service, fast, and polite staff.”
