I always look at reviews. I see that no comment is made from the dealer either thanking them for their good review or giving them the name of someone who can handle their complaint. It’s good business to respond.

Will never buy a car through toyota financial services they give the por people the highest rate still love toyota cars.my favorite.had to buy tires the first month my rav4 wouldn't past inspection.now I now not to go to this dealer anymore

I use the service department this time young lady named Casey Cate's helps me, she was friendly helpful and professional no running around she was easy to deal with all in all I would use her again if necessary
