I have been with this credit union for 20+ years. The last couple of years have been totally different from any previous. Our debit cards are continuously compromised by fraud. OUR card is continuously put on hold for suspicious activity when WE attempt to make online purchases. YET other online purchases that are NOT OURS go right through. We get no answers as to or how this is happening. The interest rate quoted to us on our last car loan was laughable. We ended up financing at the dealership through the Navy Army Credit Union at 4% lower than quoted by a credit union who receives automatic payroll deposits, bonuses, etc. for 20+ years. My auto loans have always been paid off early. I continuously have to call the credit union to request an increase in MY spending limit. They seem to have the idea that MY money is theirs to dole out in increments. Forget buying large ticket items for cash... the credit union must give you permission to use your money. The overall friendliness and welcome you receive varies from branch to branch. You will leave one location feeling guilty for imposing on them with your questions. You will question why you didn't just close your account and move to another Texas based bank. These folks aren't who they used to be. I am at the end of my rope with this situation.

This is the 3rd day that the drive thru teller machine doesn’t work. I have cash and go through the drive thru thinking it’s open and now I’ll probably have to pay a $30 overdraft/send back fee.

Stopped by the Spohn Rally Branch this morning. I wanted to cash a small refund check and remove $500 from my checking account. It took the young lady teller forever to cash the check then another forever to remove the $500 from checking. Actually I didn't wait for the $500 as my patience had collapsed. I told her I would just use the drive thru. May have been a foolish move as I had already signed for the money I didn't get. She also spoke so low I was unable to hear her which didn't improve my mood. I seldom come inside but when I did at Navy Army Community Credit Union the service was pleasant and rapid. There is a noticeable difference with Rally. Maybe they have gotten too large, maybe it is time to move on.

Second time in a month had problems with your online, would not allow me to login, call helpline got terrible service from someone who identified themselves as Brad, before checking if there was a problem with the system, he played 20 questions with me, wanting my social security number, and my login id, and then asking error I was getting, no error just not sending confirmation.

Not too long a wait inside. I went on my lunch hour. Driving there, waiting, my transaction and the drive back took about 30 to 35 minutes.(The teller who assisted me was very sweet, polite and helpful!) BUT my friend was waiting for me at the drive-thru window, and her transaction took A LOT longer.

So so sick of their website it never works. I have been with Navy Army since 2007. And I think it’s time for me to move on . I’m getting more and more frustrated everyday . My daughter and my son both have Navy Army as well . And it’s been the same troubles for them . We all may be leaving !

I NEVER leave reviews EVER. I’ve been apart of Navy Army for almost 5 years, I moved away to college thinking I would be able to trust Navy Army and be able to call their “ 1-800 “ number if I ever had any troubles with my account/ card. Every time I’ve ever spoke to someone on the phone they’ll transfer me over to 20 people and none can help. I’m constantly having chip problems and having to get a new card and when they say it’s “ activated “ turns out it never is and I have to go keep going back, keep in mind I’m not down the street, I’m 3 hours away at college, with a non working card because I put all my trust into Navy Army. Will not be using Navy Army anymore.

PLEASE BANK ELSEWHERE. I requested to close my account since I no longer live in Corpus Christi. In closing my account BACK IN MAY, it is now September. And I have yet to receive my money via check. They have had me sign the same document for THREE TIMES NOW to no avail. I banked with another bank in Corpus and closed my account with them around the same time, they were able to send my check within a week, no problems at all. NavyArmy is the absolute worse and I would never advise anyone to bank with them.

There is no option for no stars . I went there this Saturday to withdraw some money from my account. I couldn't make it withdrawal because I didn't have my ID . It is now Saturday night and I will have to go hungry until Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. I will then close all my accounts and get the money in cash . As God is my witness I will not go hungry again . I only have $200 in my account , but it would have bought food . Lesson learned , always carry your cash with you .P.S. I don't have a bank card because I have had two stolen in as many months .

They're friendly but also very slow. The one star is for the service at weekends.... there isn't any, so if you need to spend more then your card is set up for (with available funds in your account), for an emergency of some kind, you are SOL until monday morning.Additionally, if you need to spend more than $5000 then you need special permission. You aren't allowed to spend more than $10000, even if you have $50000 sitting in your account. They have wasted half my day today.

On Friday my wife and I attempted to deposit some Miscellaneous cash we had. We decided to go through the ATM as it wasn’t a large amount. As we attempted to deposit the money the ATM informed us of an error that occurred and it could not complete the deposit and gave us a receipt to please see member services for assistance. We then got in line to speak to a teller to verify what we needed to do and the teller informed us “oh yes I’m sorry that ATM isn’t properly allowing members to deposit money” there is no information on or near the atm that states that. We then inconveniently go to see meme we services at the local branch the following morning and we’re informed they would have to have to fill out a dispute form and they would process on Monday. I asked “ok from that point when can we expect our Money to be deposited. The teller informed us from the time they send in the form usually 24hrs they will deposit the money then of course from that point on they will complete an investigation to determine if that amount is correctly owed to us. All of which is understandable. Monday comes and goes and no deposit was made. About Tuesday morning I called just to check the status of the dispute and when to expect the deposit again. This time the agent informed me I was misinformed and it usually can take up to 10 business days for us to see thatProvisional credit. It is absolutely ridiculous that for an error on the banks end I would have to wait basically 2 weeks for us to receive literally our money! I have had credit card disputes which I would completely understand would take time to complete an investigation deposit money back to my account a lot faster than 10 business days. Extremely frustrated and disappointed in the customer service I have received.

Terrible terrible customer serviceUpdateThe email you just provided me with to discuss further the situation does not exist. Adding to the lack of customer service.
