“Packed, didn't have the phone case I needed, for my s21+ which I mean cmon your a cellphone provider outlet, at least carry some of the top phones especially when the phone is about $900 one would think t mobile should henge at least a case for the thing,Response to t-mobile :Then you for your reply, it means alot to me, maybe if yall could help me get a case for my son's s23 ultra with any type of discount would be amazing but basically just have some in stock please and then you.”

“My phone was broken during a traffic accident, so I went into this store to buy a new phone and hopefully transfer data. I wasn't able to transfer data bc "they weren't able to see my screen." I also couldn't get the screen fixed bc I didn't have insurance on the phone. It's completely understandable.They suggested I have it fixed by "ubreakifix" in order to transfer data, but maybe first try calling Samsung or geek squad to ask if they can transfer data w/o fixing the screen.I was greeted when I walked in and was told they'd be with me asap. I was seen soon after. The associate was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!I had issues with the speaker making a "cracking" noise. The day after purchase, I called customer service, and they said I could return the phone via mail. I asked if I could go in and switch it out. They said I could. So that's what I did.The second time I went in, I was treated the same. The different associate and manager were also very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. After testing the speaker, my phone was switched out.I had a wonderful experience.FYI. I called Samsung, and they were able to help me back up from the Verizon and Google cloud, up to 90 days prior.I'll be calling "ubreakifix" today to see how much the fix will be.”

“A word of warning. If you are thinking about leaving Spectrum to get Frontier Communications fiber optics Network, DON'T!!It's like jumping out of the pan and Into the Fire. With Spectrum we used to get weekly Internet outages sometimes lasting most of the day. With Frontier we get daily Internet outages sometimes lasting all day, but usually occurring about every other day. At first they were helpful, now they've taken the remove service link off of their app and you can only speak to a bot who has no idea what you're talking about and then they say let me connect you with with a representative and you get another bot.Trust me you are better off staying with Spectrum we are having to wait in line to get back on spectrum because all of us that went to Frontier are rushing back and there is a wait to get service.”

“I needed a new phone and a new carrier, and the associate Chelsea L. was very helpful. She picked out the best and lowest price plan for me, a senior citizen, and she also took the time to transfer all of the data from my old phone to the new one. She explained everything very well, was very polite and professional, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I even called for a manager to express my appreciation for her help and professionalism.”

“We purchased a new phone online. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. However, we could not get the data to transfer from the old phone to finish setting it up. Technically, it should transfer sitting side by side. It never would finish, no matter how many times we started over. We spent 10(TEN) hours trying to set up this phone. For two days the phone would not work. We took the phone to this store. We spent 2 hours at this store while the customer service rep worked to get the phone up and working. It was an eSIM issue. Just so happens they had eSIM system issues the day the phone arrived and the phone no longer even had an eSIM. Kudos to these smart helpful people at this store. We drove 35 minutes to this specific store because the people at the closer store are clueless. They just want to sell you something. I highly recommend this store for all of your needs.”
