“My boyfriend and I came to this location after having a horrible experience with the one off SPID. We were immediately greeted and helped with assessing my problems. All of the workers were continuously asking if everyone needed help, and they were all actively available to help each other. The associate helping us was simultaneously helping another customer, while ensuring we were taken care of while my phone was properly transferring. We definitely will be making this our regular AT&T store due to the attentiveness, positivity, and overall knowledge the employees at this location possess.”

“Omg! I've been trying for exactly 1yr from this month to get into the program to lower your phone bill. I tried in Aransas Pass, Portland Tx. Neither one knew how to help me. Gloria on the Horn rd store helped me unless than 20 min. She is so professional! You need to send her to othrr stores to train people because they are not trained at all.
