“Phil at ARS is a master at his craft. I brought in some aging OEM steelies in the hopes ARS could do something to help me. Phil was very up front on his inability to straighten those steel wheels if they were bent, but was absolutely willing to check them, and if they checked out, clean and refinish them.Phil was also up front about the issues of steel wheels and powder coating (they can be difficult or impossible to powder coat), but assured me he could clean and paint them at a minimum.After a complete cleaning, Phil determined painting was the way to go, and delivered four OEM JDM rims looking factory fresh and perfect. ARS is the only answer if you insist on top quality work!”

I went in for a flat repair and they were honest about not being able to fix it because a screw was angled into the side id the tire making it unrepairable. They offered new options as well as directed me where to purchase a new tire. I will definitely come back if I meed their services since they are close by, plus one of the rims caught my eye for my SUV!”
“I went to 6 other places trying to get an inspection. It’s late in the day and all the “big brand” places didn’t feel like messing with it. I called Honest-1 and the lady was extremely nice on the phone. She asked her technician and he said he would stay and wait for me to arrive. They were very accommodating, snacks, and beverages available as well. I’m extremely impressed and they have gained a new customer. “Came in got a chance to talk with the manager Avatar (that’s his name). He took his time to actually find something I was looking for. Didn’t rush me with picking a rim and even went out his way to show me multiple options for my truck. We found something that look good and went with it. “I had a flat and called Firestone since it was 2 min from my house but the lady Firestone worker said they couldn’t give a new tire until next day because they were closing soon…So I called Discount TiRE and the Manager Gabriel g said we close in few min BUT I I’ll Wait for you if you can get here. Wow!!!! Needles to say I made it and Discount Tire Came Through. “I hit a deep pothole that was filled with water on a Texas interstate. It bent my wheel... and my tire immediately went flat. I called roadside assistance and they helped me change my tire during heavy traffic and put my damaged wheel with the tire in the back of my vehicle.
I called and went to several places to have my wheel repaired, but they all had a two to three day turnaround, which wouldn't work because I would be leaving Texas in less than 2 days. I called ASAP Wheel Repair (10911 Dennis Rd Suite:503, Dallas, TX 75229) and they told me they could probably take care of it the same day. When I arrived there was no one at the shop, but they were scheduled to be back shortly. They had a friend (George) next door who took my wheel/tire and put it in their garage. Within a couple hours I received a call telling me my wheel was ready. I arrived and Angel brought my wheel/tire out, and began taking off my spare and replacing my original, which had been repaired and balanced. They took care not to damage my tire sensor also. I waited until the next day to write my review so I could say with certainty they did a great job! My wheel is perfect! Thank you to ASAP and everyone who helped make a stressful situation much better! ???”

“If I could give them 10 stars I would! Came in with a cracked rim that was effecting my tire pressure on a really rainy and stormy day in dallas of all places ! After calling a few places I was lucky enough to come down and have Fernando repair my rim . .. where other places tried to charge me 130+ and a 2 day waiting period, Canales got me back on the road in 2 hours for half the price! “I was employed for 3 days and let go after a bad review from one of their best CSR drivers.. no pun intended btw, But my review is not about that. My review is that Wheel Technologies is the best at what they do to a horrible wheel!!! I saw ugly wheels become beautiful wheels again and again with astonishment!! My job was to identify wheels and tires and put them in order according to the location picked from at every location specified and register it on the manifest that they give you which is blank. And you fill the info in. I was a slow learner btw! But in 1995 I was a fast learner but hear in 2024 I'm a slow learner bc if you want to keep your job at Wheel Technolgies you better be photo graphic memory prepared or your out buddy!!!Wheel Technologies does not play around they hire the best of the best and if you think or say OK or maybe in your repertoire think your ok you might want to check your status...”

Even put a free tire on my car because my other tire was too dangerous to put back on. Called me immediately when they had the issue.
