“I cannot recommend this place enough! They are so nice and squeeze you in at any cost! I went in on a friday night at about 7:30pm to get the back of my 14pro replaced. They had it done in about an hour. I paid & left, noticed a crack and immediately returned to the store. She went ahead and replaced it at NO COST!!! I was adamant on paying at least the new glass but she politely refused and took care of it! She let me know she would need 15 minutes past 9 but it would be ready for me ASAP. Keep in mind, the close at 9pm! Needless to say, great prices and even better customer service!!!”
“This is my favorite boost store by far. AK, the gentleman that helped me the last two times is always quick, kind and so helpful. When I purchased my new phone there weren't any screen protectors available yet. AK told me to come back in a week but life happened and it was over a month later. He not only remembered me, he kept his word. Highly recommend this store!”

“Went in recently and during my visit there was a customer ahead of me. The associate, Raul, was assisting them, but from the looks of it, that customer was being outright disrespectful. Despite this, the gentleman was able to keep his composure.Anyway, I went in for some help because I wanted to keep my phone number, but switch over from a different company. Luckily I was able to, and the experience was flawless! Raul took care of everything and made sure to answer all the questions I had. He could have easily talked me into buying a new phone if I hadn’t just gotten this one. Grade A employee.Side note: stay home if you’re going to be rude to those who work in retail!”

“This place helped me to get my ACP discount by filling out and filing the application for me. They accepted my VA identification card as the verification document needed to get approved. They also got me hooked up with this brand new tablet for only $50. After my ACP discount, the monthly service for this tablet is free. The phone I got from them was supposed to cost about $230 for phone and activation, combined, but they sold it to me for $120, the price of the basic free phone (phones with only 64g). My total monthly payment for unlimited service on both devices is only $70 a month. Couldn't ask for a better deal. Thanks, Metro by T-Mobile.”

“Came to T-Mobile on June 24, 2024. I was switching over from AT&T four lines and DAVID was amazing. Great help very professional help me get the best plan and best phones. Also had to return back on June 25, 2024. Samantha helped me transfer my numbers from AT&T to T-Mobile She was amazing as well great help made sure that the numbers were transferred and did everything possible to help me and make sure I was satisfied. Kenneth, the store assistant manager was very helpful as well. He helped me get some credits and made sure that I was happy with my service now the store manager Mykeal I think she's gonna need some extra training classes when it comes to helping customers and making sure they are satisfied with T-Mobile as a new customer. Besides that I give David Samantha and Kennth 5 stars. ?”

“Luckily, I got the A-Team when I went into the T-Mobile in Conroe at 507 Interstate 45 S to upgrade/switch out my cell phone, since Jack realized that I had the higher capacity storage version which they did not have in the store and needed to be ordered and mailed to me (& he put me in a new plan that gave me a higher trade-in value each year) and Marvin really helped explain the numbers/difference in the plans.
