Special shout out to Ashley and Arely for taking especially great care of Goose. Ashley gives the best bath and blow out in town. And I have been nothing but impressed with the haircuts that Arely has given to my doodle. The front staff is also amazing! They treat us like family and they are always a pleasure to work with!

5250 Hwy 121, Colleyville?La Hacienda Ranch absolutely knocked it out of the park for our End-of-Year Employee Appreciation luncheon — for the second year in a row! We hosted a full fajita ? buffet for 400 team members, and from start to finish, the experience was flawless.
? A huge thank-you to Amanda, the Catering Director, who helped coordinate and set up the event seamlessly, and to Ivonne and her incredible on-site team — Trista, Leo, Deybi and Colin — who arrived early, decorated the space festively and never missed a beat with their service.
? The food was outstanding — mouthwatering fajitas, perfectly seasoned beans and rice, veggies, and chips & queso. The beef was so tender you could cut it with a fork.
♥️ What impressed us even more was the extra care shown at the end of the event. They went above and beyond by cleaning up and thoughtfully helped us pack up food for our night housekeeping crew — without even being asked.
Professional, warm, efficient and delicious. La Hacienda Ranch delivers excellence every time…even the most picky eaters were impressed! ?

The wine list is mostly Italian but very very wide choices. I had the salmon and it was simply delectable. I rate a 10 out of 10 my husband had the shrimp pasta. He also thought it was phenomenal. The food is really exquisite. I love the owners or maybe they're the managers walking around the tables thanking everyone for being there it's just simply a beautiful evening.

The Haddock & Chips: Haddock tasted awesome. Big portion. Fries were a little overcooked but otherwise were fine.
Bangers & Mash: bangers were amazing. The gravy had a lot of flavor. Pudding had the perfect consistency. Mashed potatoes were dry and seemed like they had been sitting out a bit but still had good flavor.
Had a Guinness and it was poured perfectly.
Would definitely return!

3855 Glade Rd #110, ColleyvilleLong time Colleyville resident, I’ve never been to this shop before. This place is calm and peaceful. I ordered a plain vanilla latte and it was great. Pastries look delicious and are delicious. Baristas are nice and seem like they enjoy working here. It’s not super busy, nice to sit and talk to friends or family. Nice location, wish there was more parking. I highly recommend, next time I will try the Chelsea latte.
