“I could not have been happier with College Station's Express Space Storage on Earl Rudder Frwy South. Manager Shiela T and Assistant Robert made everything SO EASY! The reservation process was quick, transparent, and easy. Monthly payments are automated, reasonable, and easy. We rented the unit over the phone several weeks before we arrived in town to actually move. Once we got there and more closely evaluated our belongings against the storage space we rented, we realized we should have rented a slightly smaller unit. Sheila and Robert said that’s no problem at all! They assigned a smaller unit and seamlessly took care of the transaction in a matter of minutes! During the move-in they were so helpful and caring. From start to finish, Manager Shiela T and Assistant Robert were so friendly, so efficient, so honest and transparent, so helpful, and so caring ... I was floored by their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them for all of your storage needs. The service we received was spectacular! Thank you, Shiela and Robert!
