“Hey Guy's the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because most of the roll up doors and a little rickety. But if you let them know at the office they will fix it for you quickly. And after we moved in and dealt with some rift raft that the staff didn't know about, but quickly resolved the problem when we brought it to their attention the place is back to normal. Great place to store your stuff and the folks at the front office are always ready to help you with any issues. The grounds are clean and each storage unit has an actual alarm on it. I would definitely recommend Lone Star Storage to anyone. Huge Thumbs up for them . ????????”

Kudos to U-Haul for making changes so the ease of rental is mostly hassle free. I would say more equipment because what I wanted wasn’t there but that wasn’t enough to give anything less than 5 stars!”

They adjusted their schedule several times for us without complaint. Even though they had other jobs at the time it finally showed up, they still got the job done. Crew is amazing as well.
