“I could not have been happier with College Station's Express Space Storage on Earl Rudder Frwy South. Manager Shiela T and Assistant Robert made everything SO EASY! The reservation process was quick, transparent, and easy. Monthly payments are automated, reasonable, and easy. We rented the unit over the phone several weeks before we arrived in town to actually move. Once we got there and more closely evaluated our belongings against the storage space we rented, we realized we should have rented a slightly smaller unit. Sheila and Robert said that’s no problem at all! They assigned a smaller unit and seamlessly took care of the transaction in a matter of minutes! During the move-in they were so helpful and caring. From start to finish, Manager Shiela T and Assistant Robert were so friendly, so efficient, so honest and transparent, so helpful, and so caring ... “Getting into the premises was difficult.
The code box wasn't easy to locate, I had to call the service representative and she didnt know how to guide me. When I finally find it prettymuch by my self, there were 2 (one up high for truck drivers and at a lower height one for car drivers), the one for car drivers didn't worked, so I had to get out of the car to use the other one.
The code to get in also didn't work, so I had to call again to Customer Service to get a temporary code.
The rest was fine.”

“I've had to move things in to a storage locker several times over the course of college when moving apartments, and these guys were by far the easiest, reasonable, common sense place I've delt with. Their reservations are real reservations, so you can reserve a locker for sure two weeks in advance while other places double sell your locker or only reserve the price. Great guys!”
