“I visited on my pickup truck and end up in the University Campus, No where to park. It could be a Student and Staff Post office with no parking for general public. Some construction in the area, So I turned back home disappointed. Where you suppose to park?”

“As small as this Post Office is, my wife and I enjoy coming here solely, because it’s dead slow and they open at 7am on Saturday. We go to this Post Office almost every Saturday and we can count on them opening real early so we can drop off our packages and get on with our day. They do close at 9am so be sure to come. Majority of the time, there is no line. This is probably the smallest Post Office that I’ve ever seen. I don’t know how this location isn’t during the weekdays.The staff are fast and friendly. The parking lot is small.”

“I Read a lot of these Bad reviews on this specific Post Office here in Bryan. And I can Totally understand where SOME of these people are coming from. But some are just saying that the Employees here are up Most Disrespectful and Mean to customers or them personally . And in my opinion I think this place Deserves more positive and better reviews Because , Sure Maybe they were mean but they could've been having a bad day or something happened to these employees in their personal life in order for them to act like that and you might say "Well they shouldn't take it out on me nor a customer" and Yes That's true but We cant always Control our emotions and how we act sometimes. We are all human , and we're gonna make mistakes sometimes and lash out on people and That's okay we LEARN from the mistakes we make. And If Someone Does Lash out on you whenever In life it is best to stay Calm and Positive and try to see it through on why they are Having a Bad attitude And to be mature and Be sure to Remind them what kindness is. I Went Here to Deliver a package on January 2nd , 2024 at like early in the After Noon to deliver a Package to a friend and when i arrived i was looking at how these customers were being treated and i think they were being treated Nice and Respectful i even overheard some employees telling customers as they left "Have a good day" . And When i got to the Counter to talk to an Employee they were being So Nice to me They Asked me How my day was going and even asked if my Afternoon was going well . And Later on When i was still at the counter i made a Mistake on Delivering my Package and I Apologized for it and they Did Not Lash out on me . They told me Its okay and told me to try it again and Also told me that my Hand Writing is Beautiful as i wrote my Name on the Box. And The service was Quick and Sharp which was very good in my opinion. I Would go here again if i Needed to. But If You're still reading This be Sure to Also present your Self With Confidence and Kindness to anyone you Meet .”
