“I Read a lot of these Bad reviews on this specific Post Office here in Bryan. And I can Totally understand where SOME of these people are coming from. But some are just saying that the Employees here are up Most Disrespectful and Mean to customers or them personally . And in my opinion I think this place Deserves more positive and better reviews Because , Sure Maybe they were mean but they could've been having a bad day or something happened to these employees in their personal life in order for them to act like that and you might say "Well they shouldn't take it out on me nor a customer" and Yes That's true but We cant always Control our emotions and how we act sometimes. We are all human , and we're gonna make mistakes sometimes and lash out on people and That's okay we LEARN from the mistakes we make. And If Someone Does Lash out on you whenever In life it is best to stay Calm and Positive and try to see it through on why they are Having a Bad attitude And to be mature and Be sure to Remind them what kindness is. I Went Here to Deliver a package on January 2nd , 2024 at like early in the After Noon to deliver a Package to a friend and when i arrived i was looking at how these customers were being treated and i think they were being treated Nice and Respectful i even overheard some employees telling customers as they left "Have a good day" . And When i got to the Counter to talk to an Employee they were being So Nice to me They Asked me How my day was going and even asked if my Afternoon was going well . And Later on When i was still at the counter i made a Mistake on Delivering my Package and I Apologized for it and they Did Not Lash out on me . They told me Its okay and told me to try it again and Also told me that my Hand Writing is Beautiful as i wrote my Name on the Box. And The service was Quick and Sharp which was very good in my opinion. I Would go here again if i Needed to.
