“The main advantage is close to campus location and very friendly & helpful manager staff. I had lived here for almost two years and liked it, however, I had constant problems with the dishwasher breaking and sink leaking all the time, at one point of time I decided that it would be easier just not to use the dishwasher rather than clean the mess when it is leaking and calling maintenance every time. Also after a year living here I had noticed a problem with cockroaches and gnats. Hallways in Factory were rarely cleaned so at the end of my lease I could feel the smell of trash in hallways and stairs. If the location near campus is crucial, this place is the best option for price and quality, however, there are definitely more options with lower price and bigger space & quality of living further from campus.”
“Incredible staff, great amenities, & unbeatable location. My experience was truly made by the overwhelming kindness from staff spanning the desk, the maintenance team, and janitorial staff. On the pricier end, but you get the experience that you pay for. Would highly recommend!”

I've had an amazing experience living at The London. The location is absolutely superb – close to everything I need and with easy access to the best spots in College Station. The amenities are top-notch, from the well-equipped fitness center to the relaxing pool area, making it feel like a mini-vacation every day.”

“Wonderful affordable apartment close to campus! Managers are awesome and quick to respond, application process was quick and easy, maintenance is also fairly quick. I have a renovated apartment with flooring and it’s very nice clean and comfortable, my dog also enjoys the balcony! Free covered parking is also a huge plus :)”
“I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Comcapp Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Willowick, and I strongly recommend this property to move to. The property management can make or break your living experience and with Willowick, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!”

“I did have an initial hiccup with some mold in the vents and the air conditioner not working. Thankfully, the issues were all resolved thoroughly. Other than that, I really enjoy living here. Kitchen has so much counter space for cooking and rooms have great layouts. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to move, but make sure to call the office whenever you have a major maintenance issue.”
