Management has been very helpful throughout my lease so far. We've hit a few issues but the office was always quick to jump in and remedy the situations. They're flexible as well and will work with you in certain issues as long as you communicate. Overall a great and stress free lease term so far.

Although the building isn’t perfect by any means, the management team is actively working to renovate and are always readily available and easy to communicate with. The proximity to campus is a major plus and is easy on your wallet compared to other apartment complexes with a variety of floor plans!

Have had a great experience here so far. Rent is a great deal for the location and the monthly utility bill is also very affordable! Would recommend to anyone. Staff can be hard to get a hold of at times, but they’ve always gotten back to me and answered all my questions.
