“I have kept my things here for the last 4 months and everything's been great. I had some late fees that I paid and I went to the storage facility to talk to them about it. Nathan was very friendly and compassionate and quickly explain to me the fees and what I could do. Normally you don't find this kind of empathy at a storage facility. I will continue to do business here as long as Nathan works there.”
